Shipping policy

Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Canada Post Expedited Parcel is used whenever possible. If your order exceed Canada Post weight limit, we may choose a different carrier.

Once your order is processed, you will receive the carrier's tracking information with estimated delivery time.

Return policy

We offer a 365-day return policy on all of our products.

How to return a product?

If you want to return a product, contact us at info@peaktow.ca and we will provide you with a return link where you can print your return label.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email if your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the payment method that you have used for the purchase with 15 days.
