Refund policy
We have a 365-day return policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@peaktow.ca to request a return. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll work quickly to make it right — you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Custom or special-order items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@peaktow.ca.
