Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on all orders $75+ within Canada.
• Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate (calculated at checkout).
• Bulk and Case Orders are excluded from our free shipping offer. Freight or shipping charges for these orders will be calculated separately at checkout.

Carriers

• We ship most orders with Canada Post Expedited Parcel for fast, reliable delivery across Canada.
• If your order exceeds Canada Post’s weight or size limits, we may ship via another trusted carrier.

Shipping Area

• We currently ship within Canada only.

Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
